Joe and Oliver, January 2022, Ink and watercolour on paper, 15”x20”

I had the opportunity to draw my uncle Joe, and was asked to represent his relationship with his grandson. I wanted the love and kinship they have for one another to be clear in this piece. It was an honour to be able to draw someone I respect and love so much, as one of the elders of my family.
